I started this blog out of purely selfish reasons, mostly to process all that has occurred in my life over the past year or so. But my secondary thought was hey maybe this can help someone in the same spot I was in and maybe help them recover, digest, process or simply move on. What ever word, fancy term we want to use.
This blog is everything in my mind from mental health to meal prepping to loosing weight. I am a diabetic so the things I have found work for me may or may not work for you. Consult your Doctor. This blog came out of from my experiences and is not meant to take place of medical advice.
